Detailed Description

Generate lunar-month metadata after a JDE(TT). 生成给定 JDE(TT) 后的阴历月元数据。

Note

Month membership compares UTC+8 civil dates, not instants. 归月比较 UTC+8 日期，不比较时刻。

peek may assemble and cache a month. The new moon ending that month and the first Jieqi on or after its ending UTC+8 date remain pending in their generators. peek 可计算并缓存整月；月末的朔，以及月末 UTC+8 日期当天或之后的第一个节气，仍留在各自生成器中。
